General Notary Services

$10.00: Price is per signature.

$1.00: Price per review of extra pages of document being notarized.

Loan Signing Agent Services

$120.00: Per signing (with up to 2 signers/clients within The Woodlands, TX).

$150.00: Per signing (with up to 2 signers/clients in areas surrounding The Woodlands, TX - Spring, Tomball, Magnolia, Montgomery, Conroe).

Apostille Facilitation Services

$200.00: Estate Planning Bundle price for 8-10 essential legal documents protecting a client's assets, medical wishes, and decision-making authority (example: Last Will and Testament, Living Trust, Revocable Trust, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Advance Directive, Guardianship Designation, Affidavits).

$50.00: Price per individual estate planning document.

This price includes general notary services and travel/mobile fees.

Estate Planning Document Notarization Services

$350.00: 5-7 Day Processing Time

$500.00: 2-3 Day Processing Time

$550.00: Same Day Service (price is per document)

Prices include all state fees adn shipping fees from our office to the state.

Notarization and Acknowledgement Fees are an additional cost.

Processing timeframes are based on current processing times for the Secretary of State and does not include the time it will take to ship the documents to the Secretary of State and back to our office.

An in-person appointment is required for this service.

The mobile fee charged for other mobile services does not apply to this service.

Remote Online Notary (RON)

$25.00: Per One Witness Service ($10.00 notary fee applies to witness signatures).

$10.00: Scanning/emailing up to 20 pages to you.

$20.00: Scanning/emailing 20 - 50 pages to you.

$30.00: Scanning/emailing 50 - 100 pages to you.

$50.00: Shipping documents via FedEx for domestic deliveries.

$150.00: Shipping documents via DHL for international delivery.

Mobile Notary Services

$50.00: Flat fee for General Notary services within 15 minutes of my primary location.

$10.00 & Up: Price per Mobile Notary Service for any location more than 15 miles from my primary location.

$25.00: Flat fee for Remote Online Notary Services + General Notary Service Fee(s).

$1.00 & Up: Price per additional signature.

$30.00: Flat fee added to General Notary services/Mobile Notary Services between the hours of 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

$40.00: Flat fee added to General Notary services/Mobile Notary Services between the hours of 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
